About this fabric

The Raisin colourway reads as a warm, softened taupe rather than a deep purple-brown, with an understated grey cast across the surface. A fine crosshatch weave gives the cloth a delicate linen-like visual texture without introducing a distinct motif. As the fabric bends through the folds, the raised areas catch the light while the valleys deepen into gentle shadow. Its fluid appearance makes this colourway particularly well suited to drapery where the tonal variation can be seen across flowing lengths.

How to use it

Pair the mushroom-taupe tone with chalky creams, warm stone and dark walnut for a calm, layered scheme. Use it as full-length curtains where its soft folds and restrained crosshatch texture can add depth without visual busyness.

A softly textured taupe cloth for elegant curtains and relaxed, tonal schemes.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
