Boulders Tangerine
Boulders Fabric
Boulders Tangerine pairs a vivid warm tangerine orange with a cool pale grey ground in an angular, maze-like geometric design. The textured woven face gives the colourway depth as the folds shift between brighter orange lines and shaded recesses.

About this fabric
Irregular stepped lines and nested geometric shapes create a medium-scale pattern across the cloth, with the tangerine motif strongly defining the surface. The orange is lively and saturated rather than muted, while the cool grey areas temper its intensity and add visual contrast. A visibly textured woven construction gives the swatch a tactile, dimensional appearance, particularly where the fabric gathers into folds. The supplied listing records no performance features, so project-specific suitability should be confirmed before ordering for demanding upholstery.
How to use it
Use Boulders Tangerine on a statement armchair, ottoman or occasional sofa where its warm orange geometry can act as the room’s focal point. Pair it with cool grey, chalky neutrals or deep charcoal to balance the pattern without dulling its tangerine energy.
Use the warm tangerine and cool grey geometry to bring energetic structure to upholstered seating, balanced with quieter plains.

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Boulders Tangerine without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
