About this fabric

The colour reads as a dusty blend of rose, mauve and warm taupe rather than a bright pink. Its close, softly napped surface has a plush, velvety-looking texture, while the gathered folds create darker rose-brown shadows and lighter highlights. The image shows a plain, pattern-free face with subtle tonal movement across the cloth. No composition, width, usage or rub-test specification is supplied for this colourway.

How to use it

Use Brecon Rose on an armchair, sofa or upholstered headboard where its softened rose-mauve tone can sit alongside warm taupes, brown wood and muted neutral walls. Keep surrounding textures simple so the fabric’s brushed surface and shadowed folds provide the visual depth.

Its dusty rose-mauve tone and softly brushed surface bring gentle depth to upholstered seating.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
