Fortywinks Fabric

Fortywinks Prussian is a deep, cool blue-grey teal with a softly layered appearance across the folded cloth. Its fine crosshatched surface gives the solid colour gentle visual movement without introducing a separate motif.

About this fabric

The Prussian shade reads as dark and atmospheric, with a muted teal cast that shifts subtly between blue and charcoal in the folds. A fine network of intersecting threads is visible across the surface, creating a lightly textured, woven finish. The cloth falls into soft, fluid folds in the image, making it particularly well suited to drapery applications. The restrained texture keeps the colour looking composed rather than glossy or decorative.

How to use it

Use this cool blue-grey teal at full length on curtains or blinds to add depth around pale stone, warm timber or charcoal furnishings. Its quiet crosshatch also works well where a dark window treatment is wanted without a bold pattern.

The deep, cool Prussian tone and subtle crosshatched texture bring quiet depth to curtains and blinds.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
