About this fabric

The colour sits between charcoal and muted mauve-grey, creating a cool, shadowed impression rather than a bright silver finish. A restrained sheen moves across the surface as the fabric bends, while the close, even texture remains understated. The photographed cloth forms substantial-looking folds with clean, fluid edges, giving the plain design a polished and luxurious presence.

How to use it

Use this cool mercury-grey colourway to add depth to a tailored sofa, headboard or full-length curtain, especially alongside pale stone, charcoal or brushed metal accents. Its soft mauve undertone can also temper a room built around cooler greys.

Its cool mercury-grey tone and restrained sheen bring polished depth to upholstery or softly structured curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
