Husk Driftwood

Husk Fabric

Husk Driftwood is a warm, muted taupe textile with the quiet depth of weathered timber. In the swatch image, its fine weave moves through softly gathered folds, shifting from pale beige-grey highlights to deeper shaded taupe.

About this fabric

The plain surface is defined by a delicate, closely spaced weave rather than a printed motif, giving the cloth a subtle tactile grain. Its warm grey-beige tone remains understated, while the folded areas reveal gentle tonal variation from light driftwood to dusky taupe. The fabric falls into fluid, narrow pleats in the image, making its drapery character especially clear. No performance features are noted for this fabric.

How to use it

Use Driftwood taupe for full-length curtains where its warm neutral cast can soften a room without adding a strong pattern. Pair it with chalky whites, natural timber and darker brown accents to draw out the swatch’s weathered, earthy depth.

A softly textured driftwood taupe with fluid movement, well suited to curtains and relaxed window treatments.

Pairs well with

Husk Driftwood is a quiet cloth, so it carries a pattern beside it: one of these on the curtains and this on the chair. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
