Marlborough Pine
Marlborough Fabric
Marlborough Pine presents a deep pine green with charcoal shading, giving the surface a cool, subdued depth. Its close, fine-grained texture softly catches the light across the plain face.

About this fabric
This Warwick fabric has a dark pine tone that sits close to charcoal, while remaining visibly green in the lighter raised areas of the texture. The surface shows a fine, pebbled grain with subtle vertical variation rather than a printed motif. Its dense-looking face makes it best suited to tailored upholstery, where the low-saturation colour can read as quietly architectural. No composition, width, rub test or performance features have been supplied for this colourway.
How to use it
Use Marlborough Pine on a structured armchair, dining chair or compact sofa where its cool charcoal-green tone can provide a grounded contrast to pale timber, stone or warm neutrals. Keep surrounding finishes simple so the fine pebbled texture supplies the visual interest.
A dark, textured pine green for tailored upholstery with understated depth.

Pairs well with
Marlborough Pine is a quiet cloth, so it carries a pattern beside it: one of these on the curtains and this on the chair. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
