About this fabric
Across the surface, very fine intersecting lines form a restrained micro-check that reads as texture rather than a bold graphic pattern. The colour sits between warm ivory, light beige and soft grey, creating a natural tone with more depth than a plain cream. In the gathered areas, the weave catches the light delicately, while the deeper folds show a cooler grey cast and emphasise the fabric’s fluid drape. Its understated pattern and balanced neutral colouring make it suitable for both upholstery and drapery applications.
How to use it
Use Melita Natural where a room needs a pale, warm foundation without a flat solid finish: it would bring subtle structure to a light sofa, occasional chair or relaxed curtain. Pair it with chalky whites, soft taupes and weathered timber to draw out its quiet beige-grey character.
