About this fabric

The fabric shows an even stone-toned ground crossed by deep onyx bands, with subtle tonal variation in the woven surface visible between the stripes. At 349 gsm, it has the substantial presence suited to upholstery, while the 131 cm usable width offers practical coverage. The pattern has a 23.2 cm vertical repeat and no horizontal repeat, matching the regular horizontal layout shown in the swatch. The cool depth of the onyx contrasts sharply with the muted, lightly warm stone background.

How to use it

Use Cable Stone Onyx on a structured chair, bench or sofa where its dark horizontal bands can read clearly against the warm stone field. Pair it with soft grey, chalk or natural timber to retain the colourway’s quiet, graphic character.

Use the warm stone ground to soften the graphic impact of the onyx bands on upholstered seating.
