Moulin Graphite

Moulin Fabric

Moulin Graphite is a dark, cool grey fabric with a structured woven pattern that reads clearly across the surface. The curved stripe motif gives the swatch a tailored, textural look rather than a flat solid finish.

About this fabric

This colourway sits in a deep graphite grey, softened by lighter speckling and a subtly raised weave that catches the light across the curved pattern. The 49% viscose, 26% polyester and 25% cotton composition gives it a refined textile character, while the 50,000 Martindale rub test confirms it is built for upholstery. At 137 cm wide, it is practical for larger seating projects, and the 17.5 cm horizontal and vertical repeat keeps the arc motif visually measured. The overall effect is smart and contemporary, with enough tonal movement to stop the grey from feeling one-note.

How to use it

Use Moulin Graphite on an armchair, sofa or dining chairs where the dark grey ground can anchor a scheme without looking heavy. It pairs especially well with pale woods, matte black details and softer greys for a layered, modern room.

A cool graphite tone that brings the woven arc pattern into crisp focus on tailored seating.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
