Panama Ink

Panama Ink is a very dark ink blue textile with a softly mottled, almost blue-black appearance. Fine vertical striations run through the surface, giving the plain cloth restrained movement without a visible motif.

About this fabric

The close woven texture reads as a slim vertical grain, with small tonal shifts that stop the deep shade from appearing completely flat. Its cool ink tone sits between navy and charcoal, absorbing much of the light while allowing the raised weave to show through. No composition, width, rub-test or performance specification has been supplied for this colourway, so suitability should be confirmed against the project brief.

How to use it

Pair Panama Ink with pale grey, chalk or warm timber to balance its cool depth, or use it as a dark grounding note in a tonal blue room. The subtle vertical texture adds interest while keeping the overall look clean and smart.
