About this fabric

The pattern is formed from fine cream lines that link across the ink-blue ground, creating a rhythmic trellis-like effect with a clearly visible woven texture. Its deep blue tone reads cool and saturated, while the cream details lift the surface without making it feel high-contrast or stark. At 252gsm, with 38 threads per centimetre, it has a versatile mid-weight handle suited to both upholstery and drapery. The 137cm usable width is paired with a 19.8cm vertical repeat and 17.2cm horizontal repeat for planning pattern placement.

How to use it

Use Kalpa Ink on an occasional chair, bench seat or full-length curtains where its cool blue depth can anchor a room. Repeat the cream motif through pale painted wood, stone or warm ivory upholstery for a balanced, graphic scheme.

A deep ink-blue ground and fine cream geometry give this woven design a crisp, quietly graphic character for upholstery or drapery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
