Serena Silk
Serena Fabric
Serena Silk is shown here in a pale ivory shade with a quiet, silvery warmth. The fluid cloth forms broad gathered folds, revealing a smooth surface that catches the light along each ridge.

About this fabric
This colourway has a soft ivory tone rather than a bright paper white, giving the fabric a gently muted appearance in the photograph. Its fine, fluid handle is visible in the relaxed drape, while the smooth face shifts from luminous highlights to cool greyed shadows across the folds. The surface is plain, with no visible motif or raised weave. No composition, width, rub-test or performance specification has been supplied for this fabric.
How to use it
Use the softly shaded ivory for full-length curtains or relaxed sheers in a calm, light-toned room. Its satin-like highlights will add depth without introducing a contrasting pattern.
Use this softly luminous ivory shade for fluid curtains where its reflective folds can become part of the room’s texture.

Pairs well with
Serena Silk is a quiet cloth, so it carries a pattern beside it: one of these on the curtains and this on the chair. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
