About this fabric

The cloth shown here falls in broad, supple folds, making its fine, fluid handle particularly suited to drapery. A smooth face catches the light gently across the raised folds, while the recesses deepen into a dusky olive-black tone. The moss colouring is subdued rather than bright, giving the surface a quiet, cocooning depth. With no pattern visible, the emphasis remains on the movement, softness and tonal variation of the fabric itself.

How to use it

Use Solaire Moss for full-length curtains or softly gathered blinds in rooms with warm timber, stone and aged brass. Its dark, muted olive tone works especially well as a grounded backdrop for layered natural neutrals.

Use this deep moss-olive shade for softly gathered curtains and an enveloping, nature-led scheme.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
