About this fabric

This close view shows a dense plain weave in a muted teal that sits between blue and green, rather than a bright or highly saturated turquoise. Fine crosswise and lengthwise yarn variation creates the lightly irregular surface, while occasional paler threads catch the light across the face. The overall effect is calm and tactile, with enough tonal movement to keep the plain construction from appearing flat. No performance features are noted for this fabric, so suitability should be assessed against the requirements of the individual project.

How to use it

Use this cool Kingfisher teal to add quiet colour to a neutral scheme, especially on a relaxed armchair, seat cushion or full-length curtain. Pair it with warm timber, chalky neutrals and muted brass to balance its blue-green depth.

A cool, softly textured teal weave that brings calm depth to upholstery, cushions or curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
