Monkey teal

Animal Kingdom Fabric

Monkey Teal brings a lively jungle scene to a rich teal ground, with monkeys and layered leaves creating a bold, playful repeat. The cooler background gives the print a fresher, more contemporary feel.

About this fabric

Printed on 100% cotton and measuring 140cm wide, this fabric has a crisp, natural handle that suits both upholstery and curtains. The pattern repeat is 45cm vertical by 68.7cm horizontal, allowing the monkeys, fronds and curling branches to unfold across the cloth in a generous, decorative scale. In this colourway, the teal ground reads deep and slightly muted, which helps the pale leaves, olive greens and sandy monkey tones stand out clearly. The overall effect is vibrant but grounded, with enough depth in the background to keep the large-scale motif feeling balanced rather than overly bright. Care instructions are BQW1.

How to use it

Pair this teal print with rattan, walnut and warm brass to echo the natural motif without making the room feel too formal. It works especially well in schemes that need a confident splash of colour against pale walls or simple plains.

Use it as a statement upholstery or relaxed drape with natural woods and leafy accents.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Monkey teal without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
