About this fabric

This colourway shows a smooth, fine weave with gentle vertical flecking from the yarns, which softens the surface and keeps the teal looking grounded. The tone sits between blue and green, with a slightly smoky depth that feels more sophisticated than vivid. Made from 46% Cotton, 41% Polyester and 13% Linen, it has a balanced handle that suits either curtains or upholstery. The fabric is 140cm approx wide and has a repeat of V 0cm / H 0cm approx, reinforcing its clean, plain appearance.

How to use it

Use Hopper Teal on a clean-lined chair, banquette or full-length drape where the cool depth can anchor a scheme. It works especially well with pale oak, chalky neutrals and brushed brass for a crisp, contemporary finish.

Use for tailored curtains or upholstered pieces where a cool teal tone adds depth without feeling bright.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
