Hudson Teal/Green

Hudson FabricJ0280-02

Hudson Teal/Green reads as a softly heathered, muted teal-green with a calm, almost mineral finish. The fine diagonal weave gives it a tailored look that feels understated rather than bold.

About this fabric

This colourway shows a restrained teal-green cast, broken up by pale thread movement and tiny darker flecks that stop the surface from looking flat. The close diagonal texture is clearly visible in the swatch, giving the fabric a neat, refined character with a dry, woven handle. At approximately 142cm wide, and with a vertical and horizontal repeat of 0cm approx, it will pattern-match simply and sit well in larger runs. The composition of 65% cotton, 23% polyester and 12% linen suggests a useful balance of natural texture and added stability.

How to use it

Use Hudson Teal/Green where you want colour without sharp contrast: it would suit a smart sofa, armchair or bench, and also works nicely as relaxed curtains with a crisp edge. Pair it with pale oak, chalky whites and brushed brass to let the muted green-blue note stay soft and elegant.

A quietly textured teal-green that works across relaxed upholstery and tailored curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
