Hudson Blue

Hudson FabricJ0280-01

Hudson Blue shows a calm, powdery blue softened by a light, heathered weave. The surface has a neat, tailored look with gentle texture rather than a flat colour block.

About this fabric

Woven in 65% Cotton, 23% Polyester and 12% Linen, this Hudson colourway has a dry, softly textured handle that suits a versatile decorative use. The 142cm approximate width and repeat of V 0cm / H 0cm approx make it straightforward for upholstery, curtains or blinds where a clean, continuous cloth is wanted. In the image, the blue reads as pale and cool with a misty, slightly silvery cast, while the diagonal weave adds subtle movement across the surface. The overall effect is crisp but gentle, with enough character in the texture to stop the shade feeling flat. Care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code √BM are supplied for this exact fabric.

How to use it

Use Hudson Blue alongside chalk white, pale oak or brushed nickel for a fresh, understated scheme. Its muted sky tone also works well as a cooling contrast to warm woods and tan leather.

A pale, tailored blue that feels fresh and quietly refined in both upholstery and curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
