About this fabric

This Hopper colourway reads as a muted duck-egg blue, with a cool, slightly greyed undertone that keeps it restrained rather than bright. The weave appears even and finely textured, with the subtle slub of the linen content giving the surface a soft, natural character. With a width of approximately 140cm and no repeat, it is an easy plain to use across larger upholstery pieces or full-length curtains. The composition of 46% cotton, 41% polyester and 13% linen gives it a balanced, practical handle, while the Q 8 + W 3 care code and K fire code support everyday specification.

How to use it

Use it where you want colour without weight: on an armchair, bench cushion or relaxed curtains, it sits beautifully alongside warm oak, chalky neutrals and pale sage. Its cool, washed blue tone also works well in coastal-inspired rooms or quietly smart schemes that need a soft lift.

A calm blue with a lightly slubbed linen look that suits tailored upholstery or softly structured curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
