About this fabric

The muted teal shade has a blue-green depth that reads calm and tailored, while the pale linear motifs provide a clean contrast across the face of the fabric. Each repeated form resembles a stylised fan or folded leaf, with radiating lines set into a compact geometric lattice. At 475gsm and 39 threads per cm, the closely woven fabric has the visual substance suited to upholstery. It has a 128cm usable width, a 33m standard length, and pattern repeats of 19.6cm vertically and 32.3cm horizontally.

How to use it

Use Aikyo Teal on a statement armchair, sofa or dining seat where its deep blue-green tone can anchor warm timber, pale oak and restrained Japandi interiors. Keep surrounding upholstery simple so the pale fan pattern remains the room’s defining detail.

A substantial teal geometric weave that brings tailored Japandi structure to upholstered seating.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Aikyo Teal without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
