About this fabric

The design is formed from tightly aligned circular and half-circular shapes, with pale sections that appear finely stippled against the saturated emerald background. Its 23.2 cm vertical repeat and 21.2 cm horizontal repeat keep the geometry clearly defined across the cloth. At 435 gsm and 27 threads per cm, this is a substantial woven fabric suited to upholstery. The 127 cm useable width offers practical coverage for seating and other upholstered pieces.

How to use it

Use Shinku Emerald to give a chair, bench or sofa a cool, graphic focal point, pairing the deep green with pale oak, warm neutrals or brushed metal. Its dense geometric repeat works especially well where the upholstery can be viewed close up.

Use the deep emerald ground on an upholstered chair or sofa, balancing its pale geometry with warm timber and natural textures.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
