About this fabric

This colourway has a cool, grounded teal base with a soft, chalky depth that lets the leaf forms stand out without feeling sharp. The repeated botanical motif reads at a large scale, with the pale detailing creating movement across the cloth. Woven in a 124cm width and repeating vertically every 38cm approx., it is composed of 34% Cotton, 30% Linen, 21% Polyester and 15% Viscose. The surface looks lightly textured rather than flat, which suits the fabric’s versatile mid-weight character and makes it appropriate for both upholstery and drapery. The Q 8 + T 3 care code and √BM fire code are useful practical details for scheme planning.

How to use it

Use it on a pair of armchairs or a statement blind where the teal ground can read clearly and the pale foliage adds pattern without overpowering the room. It works especially well with oatmeal linens, aged brass and dark timber.

Pair with warm neutrals and matte wood for a polished, layered look.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Nemus Teal without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
