About this fabric
This colourway of Wilder has a distinctly airy feel, with coral-red leaf forms sitting alongside minty teal, blush pink, warm ochre and cream accents. The print-like motif is spread across a natural-looking ground, so the overall effect stays bright and breathable rather than dense. With a width of approximately 140cm and a repeat of V 50cm half drop by H 56cm approx, it is well suited to statement runs where the pattern can be seen clearly. The 60% linen, 30% cotton and 10% polyamide composition gives it the character of a textured furnishing fabric with enough body for upholstery or drapery.
How to use it
Use Luca Red to lift a neutral scheme, especially alongside pale wood, chalky paintwork or cane furniture where the coral tones can stand out. It also works well with warm whites and muted greens, letting the botanical palette feel playful but still composed.
