About this fabric

This Wildwood fabric from Jane Churchill is woven in a 42% linen, 29% cotton, 19% viscose and 10% polyester blend, with a width of approximately 132cm and a repeat of V 38cm / H 44cm. The visible ground is a soft aqua with a slightly chalky, matte look, which keeps the scattered blossom trees feeling airy rather than busy. Pink petals and buds add a lively contrast, while the slender brown trunks and branches give the design structure and definition. With Q 8 + T 3 care and √BM fire code noted, it is a practical decorative textile as well as a charming one.

How to use it

Use it where the aqua can lift a room: on small upholstered pieces, cushions or full-length curtains in a light-filled scheme. The pink blossom reads especially well against pale woods, white paintwork and gentle green accents.

A fresh aqua base with pink blossom brings a light, decorative feel to chairs or curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
