About this fabric

This colourway is printed on a linen-rich fabric, composed of 87% Linen, 9% Viscose and 4% Polyester, with a width of approximately 129cm and a repeat of V 65cm / H 32cm approx. The leaf shapes alternate between cooler denim blues and softer misty tones, giving the design a layered but understated rhythm across the surface. The ground reads as a warm off-white rather than a stark white, which helps the blue leaves feel crisp and relaxed at the same time. With its lighter handle and botanical scale, it works particularly well where a woven or printed drapery fabric is wanted.

How to use it

Use Ferndown Blue in curtains or relaxed blinds to bring a soft coastal freshness to bedrooms, garden rooms or calm sitting spaces. Pair it with painted woods, pale oak and chalky neutrals so the blue leaf motif stays the quiet focal point.
