Bukhara Blue
Wilder FabricJ0230-03
Bukhara Blue brings the Wilder design to life in a crisp, airy palette of bright blue, teal and fresh green on a soft pale ground. The embroidered-look florals and scrolling stems feel lively and detailed, with just enough contrast to keep the pattern feeling clear.

About this fabric
This Jane Churchill fabric is woven in a 38% Acrylic, 34% Linen, 28% Cotton blend, giving the surface a natural, slightly textured handle that suits both curtains and upholstery use. The repeat is a generous V 84cm / H 67cm approx, so the motif opens out well across larger pieces and makes the most of the sweeping floral forms visible here. In Bukhara Blue, the palette reads cool and clean rather than heavy, with vivid peacock blues, turquoise accents and leafy greens set off by the pale ground. The overall effect is decorative and relaxed, but the scale and contrast give it enough presence to hold its own in a room.
How to use it
Use this colourway where you want pattern and freshness together: it works especially well with chalky painted wood, pale oak and simple plains. The cool blue ground notes and green trail motifs make it a strong choice for statement cushions, loose covers or airy drapes in a light-filled room.
Let the vivid blue motifs sit against natural linens and pale woods for a fresh, lively scheme.

Pairs well with
A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Bukhara Blue without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
