Tresco Blue

Vita FabricJ0093-02

Tresco Blue shows a leafy embroidered pattern scattered across a pale cream ground, with the design reading light and airy rather than dense. The blue details are softened by ivory, taupe and a hint of warm gold, giving the fabric a calm, breezy character.

About this fabric

Woven in a 130cm width and composed of 68% linen, 18% viscose, 10% cotton and 4% polyester, this fabric has the natural look of linen with enough blend content to keep the surface visually smooth. The repeat is approximately V 59cm and H 65cm, and the motif is a generous leafy spray that feels open on the base cloth. In this Tresco Blue colourway, the palette stays muted and fresh: pale sky blues sit against cream, while small accents of ochre and soft olive keep the pattern from feeling cold. The overall effect is decorative but restrained, making the texture and stitched detail visible without overwhelming the room.

How to use it

The soft blue and cream palette works well on relaxed upholstered pieces such as occasional chairs, where the leaf pattern can be seen clearly. It also suits curtains or blinds in a bright room, bringing in a gentle coastal note without dominating the scheme.

Use this airy blue leaf design to soften a room with a fresh, coastal feel.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
