About this fabric

This Jane Churchill fabric has a woven, decorative stripe effect with repeating burnt orange zigzags set between narrow teal vertical bands. The colourway feels warm and energetic, but the chalky pale ground keeps the orange from reading too heavy or coppery. Its 45% linen and 36% cotton composition gives the surface a natural, slightly textured handle, while the added viscose and polyester help balance the weave. With a repeat of V 40cm / H 44cm approx and a width of 132cm approx, it is a patterned fabric suited to standout interior use. The fire code is √BM and the care code is Q 8 : u 3.

How to use it

Use this colourway to lift a neutral room, especially on an accent chair, blind, or cushion where the burnt orange can glow against pale wood or stone. The teal stripes add a fresh, slightly vintage edge that works well with brass and painted finishes.

A lively stripe that works well on statement upholstery or tailored curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
