Hopper Yellow

Hopper FabricJ0239-34

Hopper Yellow is a warm, sunlit plain weave with a soft linen-rich texture and a quietly lively mustard tone. Its surface reads matte and natural, with just enough variation in the weave to keep the colour feeling nuanced.

About this fabric

This colourway shows a clear warm yellow with a muted mustard cast, brightened by the lighter threads in the weave rather than a glossy finish. The fabric is composed of 46% cotton, 41% polyester and 13% linen, giving it the look of a relaxed natural cloth with a little extra stability. At approximately 140cm wide, it is a versatile textile for curtains, cushions or lighter upholstery schemes, and the zero repeat means the plain surface is easy to use across larger areas. Care code Q 8 + W 3 and fire code K are supplied for this exact fabric.

How to use it

Use Hopper Yellow to bring warmth to pale oak, painted whites or olive greens, where its mustard tone adds a gentle vintage note. It also works well as a cheerful contrast against charcoal or deep navy upholstery.

A sunny, easygoing yellow that adds warmth without feeling overly bright.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
