10 Crocodile
Solara Fabric10
Solara 10 Crocodile has a deep olive-charcoal ground with closely spaced, irregular vertical ridges running through the surface. The dark tone shifts subtly between green and near-black as the texture catches the light.

About this fabric
The narrow linear texture gives this colourway a tactile, almost corded appearance, while the olive undertone prevents the charcoal shade from feeling flat or purely black. Its closely worked surface reads as substantial in the close-up swatch and is best considered for upholstery-led applications. No composition, width or performance specification has been supplied for this exact fabric, so suitability for a particular project should be confirmed before ordering. The restrained tonal variation makes the fabric more dimensional than a plain dark cloth without introducing a separate decorative motif.
How to use it
Use this deep olive-charcoal shade on a structured armchair, dining seat or sofa where its vertical ribbing can add shadow and definition. Pair it with warm timber, aged metal and muted stone tones to bring out the green cast.
A dark, tactile ribbed texture that brings depth to contemporary upholstery and tailored seating.

10 Crocodile is a quiet cloth, so it carries a pattern beside it: one of these on the curtains and this on the chair. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
