About this fabric

This Zoffany wallpaper is defined by fan-like botanical motifs in muted ochre, aged gold and sandy beige, contrasted against the almost black charcoal ground. Fine dark tracery runs through the sprays, while the mottled surface gives the colourway a softly distressed, mineral quality rather than a flat block of colour. The wallpaper has a 76.2cm vertical pattern repeat and no horizontal repeat, allowing the sweeping forms to fall in a continuous-looking arrangement. It is supplied in a standard 10.05m length with a 68.6cm usable width and a listed weight of 156gsm.

How to use it

Use Iliad Burnished as a dramatic backdrop in a dining room, study or bedroom, balancing its charcoal depth with oak, smoked wood, antique brass and warm neutral upholstery. Its burnished-gold foliage also works with olive, tobacco and parchment tones.
