Siegfried Check Ivory

Herriot FabricSGFRDIVRY

Siegfried Check Ivory pairs a warm ivory ground with a neatly drawn charcoal-grey windowpane check. The close-up reveals a subtly textured woven surface, giving the pale colourway more depth than a flat cream.

About this fabric

The fabric is built around a regular medium-scale grid, with narrow charcoal-grey lines crossing the ivory ground in clear, even squares. Its ivory tone reads warm and lightly creamy rather than stark white, while the darker lines add definition without overwhelming the ground. A fine woven texture is visible across the swatch, softening the precision of the check. With no performance or composition specification supplied, its suitability should be assessed against the intended upholstery or drapery application.

How to use it

Use this colourway to introduce a light, tailored check to an ivory or softly neutral room, particularly on a classic chair, bench or relaxed curtain. Pair the warm ground with natural wood and charcoal accents to echo the fine grid.

The warm ivory ground and fine charcoal-grey grid bring a crisp, tailored note to upholstery or curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
