About this fabric

The fabric shows a dense small-scale checker formed by interlaced pale and mid-grey threads. Viewed closely, the surface moves between misty grey and subtle stone-toned flecks rather than reading as a completely flat solid. The even woven texture gives Birch Fog a neat, tailored character that works across upholstery and drapery. No performance features or further specification data are noted for this fabric.

How to use it

Use Birch Fog where a cool, light grey foundation is wanted without a plain finish: it would bring quiet texture to a tailored chair, sofa or full-length curtain. Pair it with chalky whites, pale timber and deeper charcoal accents to draw out its fog-grey tonal variation.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
