Cocktail Amaretto Trim

Misc Fabric

Cocktail Amaretto Trim is a dense, tactile band of deep brown fibres threaded with olive, honey and amber highlights. Its irregular, shaggy surface gives the colourway a richly layered appearance, with lighter strands catching the light across the darker base.

About this fabric

The close-up shows a substantial textured trim with a soft, uneven pile and loose, curling fibres along the surface. Deep chocolate and roasted-brown tones dominate, while olive, ochre and amber threads create small flashes of warmth and depth. The irregular construction gives the band a deliberately organic, tactile character rather than a flat or uniform finish. No composition, width or performance features are supplied for this colourway.

How to use it

Use the warm brown-and-amber tones to edge a richly upholstered armchair, footstool or cushion, especially alongside plain textiles in tobacco, olive or warm neutral shades.

Use this dense, richly varied trim to add tactile definition to upholstered edges, cushions or decorative panels.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
