Ludaix Velvet Rosewood
Harlequin x Henry Holland Fabrics VelvetHAF0588-01
Ludaix Velvet Rosewood combines a warm brown-red ground with tightly repeated, scalloped floral forms picked out in cream and blush. The velvet surface gives the pattern a softly dimensional appearance as the light moves across it.

About this fabric
The rosewood tone reads as a rich, warm brown with red undertones, while the pale floral edging creates a lively contrast across the surface. Small curling, flower-like motifs repeat closely in a measured design with a 29.5cm vertical and 22cm horizontal pattern repeat. Catalogued as a velvet, this fabric weighs 416gsm and has a 133.1cm usable width, making it particularly suited to upholstered furniture. Its stated 57.7 threads-per-cm construction supports the densely patterned, tactile character visible in the swatch.
How to use it
Use Rosewood on a statement armchair, dining seat or occasional ottoman where its warm red-brown depth can anchor a room. Pair it with aged brass, dark timber and soft ivory textiles to echo the cream highlights in the motif.
Use this warm, ornate velvet to bring depth and a softly opulent finish to upholstered seating.

Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
