About this fabric

At 800 gsm, this is a weighty textile with a firm-looking handle suited to upholstery. Fine cream, taupe and dark brown threads create a dense, horizontally drifting marbled tapestry motif, giving the chocolate ground depth without a bright contrast. The 25.6 cm vertical and 64 cm horizontal repeats set out the pattern’s compact, organic movement across the 128 cm usable width. A thread density of 133.4 threads per cm contributes to the finely structured surface, where the subdued tones catch the light in broken, tactile lines.
