About this fabric

The swatch shows dense, undulating ink-blue marks running over a warm ivory background, with the irregular motif giving the surface a sense of vertical movement. Its cool Pacific blue reads deep and graphic against the lighter ground, while the woven texture softens the contrast slightly as it catches the light. At 530gsm and 32 threads per cm, this is a substantial, closely constructed fabric suited to upholstery. The 131cm usable width carries a 24cm vertical repeat and 16.5cm horizontal repeat, allowing the wave pattern to be positioned with a clear, consistent rhythm.

How to use it

Use Marble Wave Pacific on a statement armchair, dining chair or compact sofa, balancing its cool ink-blue pattern with ivory, pale timber and warm metallic accents. The darker blue also works well as a grounding note alongside soft grey or muted stone upholstery.

Use this weighty blue-and-ivory weave to bring graphic movement to upholstered seating and occasional chairs.
