About this fabric

This 161 gsm fabric reads as a fine, fluid cloth, making it particularly well suited to drapery and light-catching window treatments. Its glacier blue-grey tone stays muted rather than saturated, while the pale pattern lifts across the surface in irregular vertical channels. The design has a 55.8 cm vertical repeat and a 50.8 cm horizontal repeat, giving the scrolling motif a measured rhythm across wider drops. With 141 threads per cm and a usable width of 148 cm, it presents a closely detailed surface without looking visually heavy.

How to use it

Use Elsworthy Glacier for full-length curtains in rooms with cool whites, chalky stone or brushed metal, where its blue-grey tone can read airy and serene. Pair it with simple upholstery so the rippled vertical pattern remains the principal texture at the window.

A cool, quietly elegant blue-grey for full-length curtains and softly tailored window treatments.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
