Elsworthy Nectar

About this fabric

Elsworthy Nectar reads as a subdued nectar yellow with a faint green cast, rather than a bright citrus shade. Fine ivory-toned contour lines run vertically through the design, forming ripples and small oval pools that give the moiré pattern its watery movement. At 161 gsm and 148 cm usable width, this is a relatively light textile well suited to a fluid curtain or softly gathered drop. The pattern repeats every 55.8 cm vertically and 50.8 cm horizontally, keeping the organic motif visible across the width.

How to use it

Use this warm, muted nectar shade to soften a room with chalky whites, pale timber and gentle olive accents. Its vertical moiré movement works particularly well in full-length curtains, where the tonal ripples can shift subtly as the fabric hangs and catches the light.

A softly rippled moiré in muted nectar yellow, suited to curtains and softly gathered window treatments.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
