About this fabric

The swatch has a quiet, earthy depth rather than a flat beige appearance, with brown-grey threads softened by a faint rosy warmth. A fine, closely set weave gives the surface a delicate crosshatched texture that becomes more apparent where the light catches it. The restrained plain construction makes this colourway suitable for both upholstery and drapery based on its visible mid-weight appearance. No composition, width or rub-test specification is supplied, and no performance features are noted for this fabric.

How to use it

Use this warm rosy taupe to soften a neutral room, pairing it with chalky creams, weathered timber and muted brown accents. Its understated weave works well on a tailored chair, relaxed sofa or full-length curtain where a little surface texture is wanted without a visible pattern.

Its softly warm taupe tone and fine weave suit calm, layered interiors on upholstery or window treatments.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
