Leon Duck Egg

Leon Duck Egg is a cool, muted blue-grey textile with a fine crosshatched weave visible across the surface. Its duck egg tone is softened by delicate grey threads, giving the swatch a quiet, airy depth.

About this fabric

The close-up shows a small-scale woven texture rather than a printed motif, with fine horizontal and vertical threads creating a subtle checked effect. Pale duck egg blue is interwoven with soft grey, so the colour reads cooler and more restrained than a saturated blue. Slight variations in the weave catch the light gently without creating a pronounced sheen. No composition, width, rub-test or performance specification has been supplied for this colourway.

How to use it

Pair the cool duck egg blue-grey with chalky whites, pale timber and soft grey upholstery for a calm scheme. Its fine, even texture can work across curtains or seating where a quiet woven surface is preferred.

Use this cool duck egg blue-grey weave to bring subtle texture and a calm, light-toned finish to upholstery or curtains.

Pairs well with

Leon Duck Egg is a quiet cloth, so it carries a pattern beside it: one of these on the curtains and this on the chair. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
