About this fabric

The fabric is woven in layered taupe tones, with small pebble-like loops set against broader, flowing bands and rippled linear areas. The neutral shade leans warm rather than grey, reading as a softly earthy mushroom tone in the image. As the cloth bends, the raised texture catches light along the ridges while the recessed areas appear deeper and more shaded. The medium-scale, irregular movement keeps the surface organic and relaxed without introducing a sharp geometric repeat.

How to use it

Use this warm taupe colourway on a generous sofa, occasional chair or padded headboard, pairing it with ivory, natural wood and deeper brown accents to echo its shaded relief. Its muted mushroom tone also works well as a grounding neutral in a softly layered contemporary room.

A softly earthy upholstery textile with a raised, flowing surface that brings tactile depth to contemporary seating.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
