Black Edition

Abiko Magma

Zenith Fabric

Abiko Magma combines a deep charcoal-brown ground with fine copper-toned threads that flicker across its closely woven surface. The result is a dark, quietly animated textile with a warm ember-like undertone.

About this fabric

The close-up shows a compact linear weave, with tightly spaced horizontal texture and occasional warm rust and copper highlights. Its near-black brown base gives the colourway substantial visual depth, while the brighter threads prevent it from reading as flat or severe. The fine, low-key pattern scale keeps the surface tailored and composed rather than overtly decorative. As a fabric with no additional performance specification supplied, its most evident character here is the richly textured woven appearance.

How to use it

Use Abiko Magma on a statement armchair, sofa or dining seat where its charcoal-brown depth can sit against warm oak, cognac leather and muted stone shades. Copper-toned accessories will pick up the fine glints in the weave without competing with its restrained surface.

Pair its charcoal-brown depth and copper glints with dark timber, aged leather or warm neutral upholstery accents.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
