About this fabric

The stripe combines narrow pin lines with broader charcoal, dove-grey and dusty mauve bands, creating a varied rhythm rather than a uniform repeat. Its woven surface has a subtle natural texture, visible in the softly irregular edges and gentle tonal variation across the cloth. Made from 9% Nylon, 63% Linen and 28% Cotton, it is supplied at 137 cm wide and is suitable for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads. A 50,000 Martindale rub test supports its use on upholstered furniture; care guidance specifies cool machine washing as the minimum wash, professional dry cleaning, no tumble drying or bleaching, and a cool iron.

How to use it

Use the charcoal bands to anchor a pale, contemporary scheme, pairing the cooler dove ground with warm ivory walls and the restrained mauve accents with dusty plum or muted clay accessories. Cut vertically for curtains to emphasise the stripe, or use it on a chair or headboard where the changing band widths remain clearly visible.
