Seaton Stripe Stone combines a pale, warm stone ground with closely drawn vertical bands of taupe, brown and soft grey. Its ornamental central stripes have a finely detailed, almost engraved appearance, while narrow patterned lines add definition at either side.

About this fabric

This 68% polyester and 32% cotton fabric is 137.45 cm wide and carries a 50,000 Martindale rub test, making it suitable for fixed upholstery as well as curtains and bedspreads. The design is arranged in vertical stripes, with an 8.91 cm vertical repeat and a 34.36 cm horizontal repeat for considered pattern matching. In this Stone colourway, the low-contrast palette keeps the scrolling floral and paisley-like motifs softly muted rather than stark, with warm taupe and brown details showing against the light neutral ground. The closely packed pattern gives the surface a formal, heritage-inspired presence without introducing a strong saturated colour.

How to use it

Use the warm stone-taupe ground to soften a traditional chair, headboard or upholstered bench, or let the vertical striping lengthen full curtains. Pair it with chalky creams, aged timber and muted brown accents to draw out the colourway’s gentle antique character.
