About this fabric

The 137.45 cm (54") width presents the teardrop motifs clearly, with a 12.73 cm (5") vertical repeat and 9.86 cm (3.88") horizontal repeat for considered pattern placement. Pale sage and cream detailing stands out against the blue-green ground, while the small internal linework gives each paisley shape a gently irregular, hand-drawn character. Made from 68% polyester and 32% cotton, this fabric has a 50,000 Martindale rub test and is suitable for curtains, fixed upholstery and bedspreads. Care instructions are professional dry clean only; do not wash, bleach or iron.

How to use it

Use the cool teal-blue ground on a reading chair, upholstered headboard or full-length curtains, then echo its pale sage motifs through cushions, painted joinery or softly aged timber. Its restrained contrast works especially well with warm ivory and natural linen tones.

Pair the cool teal ground with pale woods, chalky neutrals and sage accents to bring out the quietly graphic paisley motif.
