About this fabric

Made from 88% polyester and 12% viscose, Cadogan Shingle is supplied at 140 cm (55") wide for fixed upholstery. The close-up shows a fine, even weave in a softly blended taupe, with pale and mid-tone threads creating a subtle mineral variation. The colour sits between beige and grey, reading warm and grounded rather than yellow or cool. Care instructions specify a cool machine wash as the minimum wash, professional dry cleaning, no tumble drying, no bleach and a cool iron.

How to use it

Use this warm stone taupe on a fixed sofa, chair or headboard where its quiet tonal variation can soften stronger wood, leather or patterned furnishings. Pair it with chalky neutrals, aged timber and muted olive or clay accents for a grounded scheme.
