About this fabric

The surface is visually plain but carries fine, irregular tonal movement, shifting between warm grey-brown and deeper smoke shades rather than presenting as a flat block of colour. Made from 100% polyester, Lexham is 140 cm (55") wide and specified for fixed upholstery. Its 45,000 Martindale rub test makes it suitable for hard-working fixed seating where this restrained, tactile-looking finish can be appreciated up close. Care instructions are Hand Wash, professional dry cleaning, Do Not tumble dry, Do Not Bleach and Cool Iron.

How to use it

Use Woodsmoke on a sofa, dining chair or headboard where its muted taupe-brown tone can soften pale stone, chalky neutrals and dark timber. The low-contrast mottling also works as a calm foundation beside stronger patterned cushions or aged metal accents.
