Lansdowne Buff is a warm, quiet beige with the softened look of natural buff cloth. Its close plain weave gives the swatch a fine, lightly tactile surface, with delicate tonal variation rather than a printed motif.

About this fabric

Woven from 100% polyester, Lansdowne Buff is 140 cm (55") wide and suitable for curtains, fixed upholstery and bedspreads. The fine construction reads as a gentle blend of sandy beige and muted taupe, while the subtle crosswise and lengthwise threads catch the light without creating shine. A 50,000 Martindale rub test supports its use on upholstered furniture, as well as on softer window and bedroom furnishings. Care instructions specify a cool minimum machine wash, professional dry cleaning, no tumble drying, no bleach and a cool iron.

How to use it

Use this warm buff beige to soften a structured armchair or headboard, or let it form calm, lightly textured curtains against white, cream or deeper taupe walls. Its restrained tonal weave also suits a coordinated bedspread without introducing a strong pattern.
